Start with the audit.
First I find out whether your site can win as it stands. Then you get the plan to get it there, ranked the way I'd work it, and yours to keep.
Plain English, with every finding tied to what it's actually costing you.
Ordered by what moves the phone first, so it's worth having even if you run it yourself.
Green, yellow, or red. Stated plainly, with the reasoning behind it.
Where your rankings and traffic sit today, so anything that changes later is provable.
I take you through all of it on a call and tell you what I'd do first.
No need to go and check. If you’re not sure, I’ll sort it out on the setup call.
Questions, answered.
Green means your site can compete as it stands, so the ongoing work can start. Yellow means there's a fix list to clear first. You'll see the list and the price before anything begins. Red means it can't win until it's rebuilt. If it's yellow or red, $500 of what you paid here comes off whatever comes next.
Within two weeks of the setup call, and I aim for one. The clock starts at that call rather than at payment, since I need access to your analytics and Google Business Profile before the work can begin.
For the audit, read-only access to your analytics and Google Business Profile is enough. I don't need to touch the site itself to tell you what's wrong with it.
Yes. It's written so you or another developer can work from it. Hiring me for what comes next is a separate decision.
